There are many benefits to hiring a local interior painter, including:
Convenience: Local painters are typically familiar with the area and can easily get to your home. They may also be able to schedule your job more quickly than a larger painting company.
Support for the local economy: When you hire a local painter, you are supporting a member of your community.
Quality workmanship: Local painters are often more invested in their work than larger companies. They are also more likely to be familiar with the latest painting techniques and materials.
Personal service: Local painters are more likely to take the time to understand your needs and provide you with personalized service.
Ask your friends, family, and neighbors for recommendations.
Search online for local painters in your area.
Read reviews of local painters before making a decision.
Once you have found a few potential painters, be sure to get estimates from each one. This will help you to compare prices and services.
Interior house painting is one of the most affordable and effective ways to update and improve your home. A fresh coat of paint can brighten up a room, make it feel more spacious, and even hide minor imperfections. It can also be a great way to express your personal style and create a space that you love spending time in.
If you're thinking about painting your home interior, here are a few tips to help you get started:
1. Choose the right paint. There are many different types of paint available, each with its own unique advantages and disadvantages. When choosing paint for your home interior, be sure to consider the following factors:
Durability: If you have children or pets, you'll want to choose a paint that is durable and easy to clean.
Finish: Paint finishes range from flat to high-gloss. Flat finishes are most popular for walls and ceilings, as they hide imperfections and create a soft, matte look. Gloss finishes are more durable and easier to clean, but they can also highlight imperfections and make walls look smaller.

Benjamin Moore discontinued the Regal Classic (333) which I had used for the last 40 years, it was the absolute best semi-gloss on the market and I was disappointed to see it go.
I tested 6 other semi's and none of them came close to the quality of the Regal Classic. Then I tried this product. It is just about as good as the Regal Classic. Maybe better.
I'm glad that I can continue to do quality work on my customer's trim, doors, and windows.

Jcb Painting just finished re-painting the ceiling in this pandemic movie room in Attleboro, MA. The ceiling was peeling everywhere between the joists and it was painted white which made the movie viewing experience a not-so-good one. We scraped all loose peeling paint chips away and sprayed it out 2 coats with "Tricorn Black" by Sherwin- Williams.
Jcb Painting with another stain to paint job in Taunton, MA.
We first applied a coat of a bonding primer called "StixBonding Primer". It bonds to the woodwork to give a good foundation for the final 2 coats using Benjamin Moore Regal Classic semi-gloss. And the walls were patched, sanded and painted with 2 coats of another shade of gray. Jcb Painting is getting more and more calls for this type of paint job.
Bedroom painting in Attleboro, MA. There was a big crack in the cornerof this bedroom.
The wall paint was a matte finish by Glidden Paints. We like to use Benjamin Moore for paint jobs but the homeowner purchased the paint. It gives Jcb Painting a chance to try out different paints from different paint manufacturers that we ordinarily wouldn't use. The paint was a little thicker than what we are used to though. We got the first cut done in 1 coat but the walls needed a 2nd coat to cover.
Jcb Painting finished this 2 story foyer yesterday changing the wall
color from a dark tan to a very popular grey color in Norton, MA.
Walls were in great shape which made for an easy paint job.
Painted this 2 color kitchen yesterday in Mansfield, MA. using Benjamin Moore "Coral Spice"under chair rail and Sherwin Williams "Flattering Peach" above. The walls were in great shape for once. A nice bonus.
Power washing the deck with an electric power washer. I've never used an electric power washer before and I liked it. No gas or exhaust fumes to smell and it did the job here quite well. And much less noise. In fact it was super quiet!
After power wash and getting ready to paint.

Cutting in 2nd floor deck and ready to roll out. I will be using 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Arborcoat to paint these decks and railings.
